*THINISPIRATION*
*sidenote: I meant to weigh myself this morning on my new scale, but ummm, I had a LONG and interesting (but good!) night (tell ya bout it later……maybe), then I had to be at work at the ass crack of dawn. Needless to say, I ran right over the scale on my way out the door. *oops* So yeah, I’ll see what I can see tomorrow……if I remember. Then again, maybe I’ll just hop on it next wednesday. Anyways……*
Per wikipedia, the term “thinspiration” is most commonly used amongst people with eating disorders who are unhealthily trying to lose weight. They’ll pick a role model who has “successfully” lost weight through ill-gotten means (i.e. Ma.ry-Kat.e Ol.sen, Ni.cole Rit.chi.e, etc), and use it as motivation to fuel their own eating disorder.
Well, that sucks. But I’m choosing to put a spin on this term, and instead use it to define certain motivators in my own, HEALTHY, weight loss project. Currently, I have 3 thinispirations:
1) The ooh’s and aah’s from everyone who are used to seeing a more plush B. Good, when they see a more firm B. Good. It’ll feed my new found narcissism.
2) Syl.ee.na John.son

Her body type is very similar to mine, and I’d love to get to her size. Its a realistic goal for me. I ain’t saying her fashion sense is the best, but I do admire her body.
3) To wear this outfit:
I’mma get me some fishnets and some hot pants DAMMIT!
(and of course, being healthy, being in good shape, avoiding diabetes, blah blah blah)
